Mission: All Together

Currently, the following refresh schedule will be in place for our non-production tenants in Workday:

SANDBOX TENANT – weekly, every Friday
SANDBOX PREVIEW TENANT – every 30 days on the 1st of the month
CHESS 7 TESTING TENANT – twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday
CHESS 8 TESTING TENANT – every 60 days on the 1st of the month

Be aware that during refreshes:

• The Sandbox environment will be down for a maximum of six hours beginning at 11:00 p.m.
• The testing tenants (CHESS 7 and 8) will be down for a maximum of two hours. The refresh for each instance will be scheduled for “off hours” either at 2:00 a.m. or 10:00 p.m.
