Did you receive a “Permission Denied” message?
To respect the college support processes, only individuals that your college designates may escalate cases to CHESS. If you would like the ability to personally submit cases, please contact your college’s help desk to begin the approval process for direct case submission.
If you are approved to submit cases, a case will be submitted on your behalf to provide you with the ability to directly submit cases to CHESS. You will be notified via email once you are established as a submitter.
