User Readiness Review (URR)

URR is an opportunity to invite a small cohort of employees and students to test our Workday configurations and training materials through a sneak peek of the platform. This is an opportunity for our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Workstream to learn which topics may be challenging for users and will require additional support, which will transition smoothly, and plan for communications for go-live.
